2、电路原理：
IC5为时基集成电路组成脉冲振荡器，为IC1十进制计数/分配器提供时钟脉冲。IC1 10个输出Q0~Q9组成双四路输出电路，用来控制IC3、IC4四二端“与”门电路不同输入与门组合，使4路霓虹灯按次序闪亮发光。此电路所控制的4路霓虹灯发光状态中，至少有一字亮，避免了一片漆黑的不良后果。另外可根据需要，讲上述4路控制扩展成5路、6路或更多路。图中用灯（P1、P2、P3、P4）代表高压霓虹灯变压器。
